BBCC had the privilege of attending the 7th annual DBL Summit on 17-18 September 2026 at the Zagreb Fair Congress Hall (Velesajam).
This year’s Summit focused on one core idea: technical expertise alone doesn’t build a successful business. The messages from the DBL Summit apply not only to healthcare but to any business. These principles can empower lawyers, accountants, and managers to elevate their organisations. The event brought together professionals and service providers from multiple industries to explore how strong leadership, teamwork, and business strategy drive growth.
The Summit had a dynamic mix of keynote presentations, hands‑on workshops, and real-world case studies. Renowned experts, entrepreneurs and coaches all shared practical frameworks that can be put into practice.
Keynote speaker British Olympic dual gold medalist Steve Williams OBE shared his philosophy that individual team members stepping outside their comfort zones directly elevates the performance of the collective team. BBCC was thrilled to hold a reception for Steve Williams at the headquarters of the Croatian Olympic Committee, the evening before the DBL Summit.
Each DBL Summit session was built around actionable insights that participants can immediately apply in their own organisations.
